Processing Orders

As Revel Rider is owned an operated by just one person, normal order processing can take up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) We offer shipping through UPS and USPS.

Delivery Methods

USA: For order delivered within the United States, the following shipping methods are available:

USPS:

• Priority Mail- 1-3 business days
• First-Class - 2-3 business days
• Select Ground - 2-8 business days

International Delivery

We ship worldwide, any duties, customs, taxes, or other fees incurred in international delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

For orders outside the United States we offer the following shipping methods

USPS

• Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
• First-Class Package International: Varies, we offer this option as an economical choice but USPS does not provide a delivery timeline.

Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We can also supply a return label for your convenience. The cost of this label will be deducted from your return. If you prefer to purchase your own label you can mail your returns to the address on your packing slip.

To initiate a return or exchange, e-mail info@revelrider.com with the subject RETURN REQUEST. Please include your order number and details about your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving our package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
